**Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**: Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop new collections for our kids fashion brand. Generate innovative ideas for prints, patterns, and garment styles that resonate with our target audience.
- **Product Merchandising**: Work closely with the merchandising team to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify opportunities for new product lines and improvements to existing ones. Develop merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- **Category Management**: Manage the kids fashion category within our brand, ensuring that all products meet our quality standards, brand aesthetic, and target price points. Monitor inventory levels and product performance to make informed decisions about assortment planning and SKU optimization.
- **Supplier and Vendor Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to ensure timely production and delivery of merchandise. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize value and minimize costs.
- **Quality Control**: Oversee the quality control process to ensure that all products meet our standards for fit, construction, and materials. Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, marketing, and sales, to align on product development, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity and consistency in brand messaging and product execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the kid's fashion industry, with a proven track record of success in design and merchandising roles.
- Strong creative skills with a keen eye for colour, pattern, and design aesthetics.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape in the kids fashion category.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for children's fashion and a commitment to delivering high-quality, stylish products that delight our customers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
