We are committed to enhancing the learning experience for students and educators alike. We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our educational programs and products in schools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the face of The Education Tree, actively engaging with schools and educational institutions.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with school administrators, educators, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor our educational programs and products to the specific requirements of each institution.
- Deliver persuasive presentations to highlight the value and benefits of our workshops and conferences.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with partner institutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective sales strategies.
- Provide post-sale support and ensure a seamless transition to program implementation.
- Stay informed about the latest education trends, changes, and competitive offerings.
- Maintain meticulous records of communications, sales progress, and outcomes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven track record in sales, with an experience of at least 2-3 years in the education sector.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Prior experience working with schools and colleges.
- Adaptability to customize program offerings to meet diverse educational needs.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 20% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 2 years (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
