**Job Title: Sales Executive**

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Naraina, Delhi. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market or territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Naraina, Delhi.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and building client relationships.
