**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and deliver hands-on training sessions covering all aspects of hairdressing, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.

Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.

Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.

Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hairdressing industry.

Ensure that all training adheres to health and safety regulations.

Mentor and support students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Assist with the certification process and ensure students meet the required standards.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Hair Trainer.

Certification in Hairdressing or a related field.

Strong knowledge of various hairdressing techniques and products.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire students.

Patience and a passion for teaching.

Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
