We are seeking for **DPR Risk Assessment Executive** who will be responsible for conducting risk assessments related to the Detailed Project Reports (DPR) of various development initiatives undertaken by the foundation. This role involves analyzing the feasibility, risks, and potential challenges associated with each project, ensuring that the foundation’s initiatives are strategically aligned and that all potential risks are identified and mitigated. This position is ideal for individuals interested in gaining experience in project risk management, social development, and policy implementation, particularly in an NGO or development-focused environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyse the DPRs for various projects to identify potential risks, including financial, operational, environmental, social, and political risks.
- Work closely with project teams to understand the scope, objectives, and processes involved in the projects.
- Identify gaps or weaknesses in the project planning process that could lead to future risks or challenges.
- Evaluate the risk levels of identified issues, assessing their potential impact on project timelines, resources, and outcomes.
- Analyze the external and internal factors affecting the project, such as local community dynamics, government policies, funding constraints, and environmental factors.
- Collaborate with senior project managers and department heads to assess the likelihood of identified risks.
- Suggest appropriate risk mitigation strategies, such as alternative planning, resource allocation, and contingency measures to minimize the impact of risks.
- Ensure that all risk mitigation strategies are aligned with the objectives and scope of the foundation’s projects.
- Provide support in creating risk management plans and frameworks for future project implementation.
- Prepare detailed reports on the risk assessment findings, including risk analysis, potential impacts, and recommended mitigation strategies.
- Maintain records of all risk assessments and keep them updated as the project progresses.
- Provide regular updates to the project management team regarding identified risks and mitigation efforts.
- Work closely with the project design and implementation teams to ensure that risk factors are incorporated into project planning and execution.
- Support cross-functional teams in addressing project-related risks and ensuring that mitigation measures are put in place.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders (such as government officials, community leaders, and contractors) to identify any potential risks from their perspective.
- Assist in the ongoing monitoring of projects, identifying new risks or changes in existing risk profiles.
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of mitigation strategies and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure that risks are continuously tracked throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
- Ensure all risk management activities adhere to Vision Karnataka Foundation's policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry standards, government regulations, and global best practices related to project risk assessment and management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
