We are seeking a motivated MBA graduate in Accounting and Finance with up to 6 months of experience to join our finance team in Pune. The role involves customer payment tracking, administrative support, collaboration with external finance teams, and handling GST, TDS returns, and customs reconciliation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ZOHO BOOKS, along with strong communication skills is required.
- **Experience**: 0-6 month**Work Location**: Pune

**Education**: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance or a related field.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Customer Payment Tracking: -** Monitor and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of customer payments. - Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payments.
- ** Administrative Duties: -** Provide support to the finance department through various administrative tasks. - Maintain organized records and documentation pertaining to financial transactions.
- ** Collaboration with External Finance Team: -** Collaborate with the external finance team to provide accurate and timely financial estimates for sales, invoices, and purchases. - Analyze financial data and trends to support estimation processes.
- ** GST, TDS Returns, Customs Reconciliation, and GST Refund Related Jobs: -** Handle GST and TDS returns filing, customs reconciliation, and related tasks. - Manage GST refund processes and associated documentation.
- ** Expenses and Sales Booking: - **Record and book expenses accurately in the accounting system. - Prepare and issue sales invoices promptly and accurately. - Generate credit notes as required, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Create invoices for non-inventory items according to company procedures. - Manage the preparation and documentation of stock transfer invoices. - Record receipt entries accurately in the accounting system.
- ** Delivery Challan & E-Bill Preparation: -** Prepare delivery challans for goods dispatched to customers and manage overall assets. - Ensure compliance with E-way bill requirements and reconcile E-way bills with transactions. - Oversee export documentation processes and coordinate sealing procedures as necessary.
- ** HR & Attendance Management: -** Utilize software systems to accurately record and track employee attendance. - Ensure compliance with company attendance policies and procedures. - Assist in HR processes and management.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ZOHO BOOKS accounting software is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Hindi.
- Oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
