ROLLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Associate Degree or equivalent experience with a thorough understanding of GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing)

Perform VEHR testing conduct Vital 5 quality audit on component parts and root cause analysis on quality issues

Gather assembly defect data and lead a team to support continuous improvement efforts

Document testing and root cause analysis in CPI

Provide oversight during the assembly process to ensure routing conform to

Work instructions provide feedback to Engineering on design and

Manufacturing issues that emerge through the assembly process

With Engineering on the solution to address the issue

Create, Develop and Implement production inspection programs on Blue Light and Laser scanning equipment

Acquire and implement new inspection equipment in support of production volume increases

Desired experience for CMM programmer includes:
Investigate and recommend new inspection technologies and methods

Work closely with inspection personnel, Quality Engineers, Manufacturing Engineering and P&W Engineering to create and optimize inspection methods

Create and follow standard work for 3D scanning inspection methods

Monitor and drive completion of key technical milestones to support development and production requirements

Support day to day quality and production deliverables and initiatives

Performs sample layout and prepares report in support of PPAP submissions including cut selections and manual measurements

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
