**Roles & Responsibilities**

**End User Support**
- Installation and troubleshooting experience in Microsoft OS Version, Linux operating systems.
- Install, configure and maintain Microsoft Office Version and Authorized desktop Application.
- Installation and troubleshooting for printer’s driver, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
- Responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring service for PC or notebooks that has authorized access to the network
- Technical Support including Hardware & Software.
- Troubleshooting for any Network connectivity issue.
- Configuring & troubleshooting of LAN & Wi-fi setup.
- Installation & troubleshooting of Local and Network printers.
- Remote desktop and remote assistance.
- Remote desktop and remote assistance.

**Server & Backup Administration**
- Installation and troubleshooting experience in Server level OS with configuration Active directory, DNS, & DHCP.
- Experience to implement Group level policy, hybrid policy.
- Experience with RAID level configuration.
- Design & Implement Backup management system.
- Knowledge & Experience on Virtualization.

**Network Administration**
- Firewall configuration & Management.
- Policy configuration & Management.
- Experience with VLAN configuration and routing concepts.
- Experience with Firmware upgrade, backup and restore all critical resources including router & switches IOS.
- Experience with Port security on switch and IP security on L3 switch & Router via Access list.
- Configuration and troubleshooting wireless devices.

Experience : 0-2 yrs

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kadi, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
