Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to significantly improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
- Perform on-page and off-page optimization, including optimizing meta tags, headings, URLs, and content structure for maximum impact.
- Utilize advanced SEO techniques to enhance website visibility, including schema markup, rich snippets, and technical optimizations.
- Conduct thorough website audits to identify and address SEO issues, such as broken links, duplicate content, and indexing problems.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using industry-leading tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO auditing software.
- Provide detailed reports and insights on key SEO metrics, including rankings, traffic sources, conversion rates, and lead generation.
- Collaborate closely with web developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation of SEO best practices across all digital assets.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
- Build and nurture relationships with external partners, such as influencers, bloggers, and industry publications, to acquire high-quality backlinks and increase brand exposure.
- Perform comprehensive backlink audits to identify and disavow toxic or low-quality links, and develop strategies to acquire authoritative and relevant backlinks.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of backlink strategies, adjusting tactics as needed to maintain a healthy link profile.
- Lead and manage lead generation efforts through SEO, optimizing landing pages, CTAs, and user flows to drive conversions and maximize ROI.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to website content, structure, and user experience to enhance lead generation and overall online performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in SEO, backlink strategies, and lead generation.
- Extensive knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and advanced SEO techniques.
- Proficiency in using a wide range of SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Expertise in conducting thorough keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
- Solid understanding of content management systems (CMS) and website development processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of significantly improving organic search rankings, driving high-quality traffic, and generating leads.
- In-depth knowledge of lead generation strategies and the ability to optimize online channels for maximum conversion.
- Adept at staying updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and emerging industry developments.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving measurable objectives.
- Certification in SEO or related fields is highly desirable.
