**DESCRIPTION**

**Job Summary**

Supports the sales force by providing reporting, system administration, and internal and external data analyses. Executes and supports selected sales-related activities under limited supervision to enhance business performance and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Reporting**:

- Consolidate and distribute repetitive and well-documented sales reports.
- Gather and compile data through existing templates, providing input for sales forecasting.

**2. System Administration**:

- Execute repetitive and ad-hoc tasks using tools such as Salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, and the Portal.
- Periodically review user-entered data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

**3. Data Analyses (Internal & External)**:

- Conduct ad-hoc and routine analyses of external data sources, such as Polk, Dodge, and RigDig.
- Research assigned opportunities via secondary research and compile findings.
- Analyze internal sales data, including variance analysis, projections, costing, and bundling, as per well-documented tasks.
- Collect and organize competitive data from various resources.

**4. Secondary Sales Generation**:

- Support activities to generate secondary sales and execute pull-marketing initiatives.

**Education, Licenses, and Certifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations may require licensing.

**Experience**
- Some work experience and intermediate-level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in **secondary sales generation** and executing **pull-marketing activities**.
- Proficient in sales reporting, system tools (e.g., Salesforce), and competitive data analysis.
- Ability to adapt communication for varied audiences and integrate customer perspectives to drive sales performance.
