Job Description:
1. Identify New Pharmacies, Pharmacy Chains, and Hospitals within assigned territory.

2. Manage sales activities to generate revenue.

3. Relationship building with Retail Pharmacist, Wholesalers, Pharmacy Chain Owners, Purchase Managers, Hospital Directors, etc.

4. Coordinate with team to execute business plans to meet sales goals.

5. Analyze market trends and accordingly develop marketing & sales plans to increase brand awareness.

6. Educate about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.

7. Regular visit to Market individually & with team to ensure availability of products & look after Product Display & Merchandising

8. Ensure 100% implementation of strategy and campaigns.

9. Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.

10. Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to immediate Authority & HO.

11. Develop process improvements to optimize sales management activities.

12. Work with Higher Authorities & HO to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings.

13. Developing various Techniques to identify & attract targeted & new customers.

14. Taking care of all PR & Branding activities.

15. Participate in marketing promotional activities ATL & BTL Activities.

16. Knowledgeable about Competitor’s product & services.

CONTRACT TERM - 2 YEARS & EXTENDABLE

FACILITIES - Food Allowances, Sharing Bachelor Accommodation, Travel, Transportation, Any Company Related Expenses as per Actual Cost.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE
- Extensive experience as a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager with Reputed Pharma & FMCG Company.
- Already In / Ready to relocate - Angola
- Extensive knowledge & experience of Pharma & FMCG Products.
- Work Experience in Angola is Preferred
- Passionate, Self-motivated & Result Oriented with Proven Track Record Awareness of recent developments Flexible and adaptable to challenges
- Problem-solving skills
- Time management skills
- Strong Analytical skills
