Responsibilities (not limited to):
Evaluate current and future staffing requirements in alignment with our business strategy and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.

Develop and maintain recruitment operations, offering insights, trends, and recommendations to senior management.

Collaborate closely with senior business leaders to comprehend their hiring needs and devise recruitment plans to fulfill those needs.

Lead a team of Talent Acquisition leads and recruiters, providing coaching and guidance to achieve recruitment objectives.

Create and execute successful recruiting strategies for diverse roles and levels across various geographical locations.

Foster a high-performance culture within the recruitment team, establish clear goals, and provide coaching and feedback to facilitate professional growth.

Experience in consulting or coaching in US staffing is advantageous.
