**Reports to (Position)**: Divisional Head
- QA
**Department/Function**: ATQM

**Number of Direct Reports (Dotted Line)**: 0
**Number of Outsourced Reports**: 0
**Purpose of the Job**: To support Divisional Head-QA in establishing ATQM culture in the plant.
To support ATQM activities in plant.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain document s and standards for ATQM and plant
- Prepare standards and template for ATQM deployment.
- Conduct audits and assessment for DWM, SWM etc..
- Conduct daily management for ATQM and maintain documents
- Coordinate with QA for QMS documentation.
- Organize QCC and MINDS
- Conduct monthly innovation forum (MINDS,A3 forum)
- Conduct internal QCC competitions
- Handholding the team for problem solving
- Publish MIS
- Creating problem solving culture in shop floor
- Preparation of standards and procedures for PD and DWM
- Organize 5S promotions and training
- Conduct monthly 5S audit for plant
- Conduct training on 5S, QCC, Kaizen
- Conduct A3 forum, MINDS forum.
- On time distribution of rewards and gifts.
- Maintain database and publish periodic MIS for QCC, MINDS, PMO

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of entire Tyre manufacturing.
- Knowledge of preparation documents
- Knowledge of systems and practices like 5S, QCC, Kaizen, JH, TPS, PD, DWM, TQM etc.
- Knowledge on Project Management

**Relevant Experience**: 4-6 Years in Tyre Industry

**Education Qualification(s)**: B.E./B.Tech, CAPM(Desirable)
