**Job Title: Echocardiography Technician**
Job Location: Nigeria (not for Bangalore location)
Experience: 3 to 4 years
Salary Budget: $1000 USD / INR 85K

JD is an experienced Echocardiography Technician responsible for performing and reporting echocardiography tests in Nigeria. They have expertise in various echocardiography techniques and are certified in the field. JD's primary role is to conduct echocardiographic examinations, interpret the results, and provide accurate reports to aid in diagnosis and treatment.

**Responsibilities**:
Focused Cardiac Ultrasound (Basic Echocardiography): Perform basic echocardiograms to assess cardiac structures, chamber size, and function.
Comprehensive Transthoracic Echocardiography (TTE) with 4D Quantification and Speckle Tracking **Analysis (Adult)**: Conduct comprehensive TTE examinations using advanced techniques such as 4D quantification and speckle tracking analysis to evaluate cardiac function and detect abnormalities.
Comprehensive TTE with 4D Quantification (Pediatric): Perform comprehensive TTE examinations on pediatric patients, utilizing 4D quantification to assess cardiac structures and function.
**Transesophageal Echocardiography (Adult)**: Carry out transesophageal echocardiography procedures, involving the insertion of a specialized probe through the esophagus to obtain detailed images of the heart and surrounding structures.

**Exercise Stress Echocardiography**: Administer and monitor patients during exercise stress tests while performing echocardiography to assess cardiac function and detect abnormalities under stress conditions.

**Dobutamine Stress Echocardiography**: Administer and monitor patients during dobutamine stress tests, which involve the use of medication to simulate the effects of exercise on the heart, while performing echocardiography to evaluate cardiac function.
**Speckle Tracking Echocardiography**: Utilize speckle tracking analysis to assess myocardial mechanics and detect early signs of cardiac dysfunction.
Fetal Echocardiography: Perform fetal echocardiograms to assess cardiac structures and diagnose congenital heart defects in unborn babies.

**Requirements**:
Echocardiography Certification: JD must possess a valid certification in echocardiography to demonstrate their expertise in the field.

**Experience**: A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience as an echocardiography technician, with a proven track record of performing and reporting echocardiography tests effectively.

**Salary**: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
