Job Description:
1. Prepare and record all types of Land related documents.

2. Prepare necessary documents such as Sale-Deed,Agreement,GPA,Affidavits,etc.

3. Do all types of Sub-registrar,Tahasil and ORERA related works and maintain relevant documents properly.

4.Proper co-ordination with competent authorities whenever required for projects approvals.

5.Do field verifications, Amin works,etc.

7. Expertise in uses of websites such as Bhulekha and Bhunaksha for ROR purpose.

7. Overall knowledge about office liasioning work.

Skils Required:
1. Proven work experience as a Document Processor or similar role.

2. Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Exce.l

3. Proficient typing and editing skills.

Educational Qualification:

- Must have completed Graduation in any stream with strong computer knowledge.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in any Real Estate company.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
