**Responsibilities**
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment used in battery manufacturing R&D projects.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to develop and implement electrical solutions for battery production processes.
- Conduct tests, experiments, and trials on electrical systems to evaluate performance, efficiency, and safety.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the design and implementation of electrical systems for new battery manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration and compatibility of electrical systems with other components.
- Participate in the development and improvement of battery manufacturing processes, optimizing efficiency and quality.
- Collect and analyze data from electrical systems to identify areas for improvement and enhance performance.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance, repairs, and modifications performed on equipment and systems.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in battery manufacturing and electrical systems.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors as needed for specialized electrical services or equipment procurement.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational or technical training in electrical systems or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in a research and development or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring methods.
- Familiarity with battery manufacturing processes and technologies is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems and identifying issues in a timely manner.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Experience with electrical testing and measurement tools.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to electrical systems and manufacturing environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
