Position Overview: As a PDP (Personal Development Program) Trainer in the education sector, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the personal and professional growth of students through targeted training sessions and workshops. You will guide students in developing essential skills, fostering self-awareness, and nurturing their overall development. By implementing engaging training methodologies and personalized approaches, you will help students enhance their capabilities and prepare them for future success.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct PDP training sessions: Design and deliver interactive training sessions focused on personal development, including topics such as goal setting, time management, communication skills, leadership, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence.

Curriculum development: Create and update training materials, resources, and curriculum modules to ensure the content aligns with the needs and aspirations of students. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate relevant practices into the program.

Individual coaching and mentoring: Provide personalized guidance and support to students through one-on-one coaching sessions. Help students set goals, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and develop action plans for personal growth.

Assessments and feedback: Administer assessments and evaluate students' progress to measure their development and identify areas where additional support is required. Provide constructive feedback to students, enabling them to make necessary adjustments and improvements.

Collaboration with educators: Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other education professionals to integrate personal development concepts into the broader curriculum. Provide support to educators in implementing PDP strategies in their classrooms.

Stay updated on educational practices: Continuously research and stay informed about the latest developments in educational theories, teaching methodologies, and personal development practices. Share relevant information and resources with colleagues and stakeholders.

Program coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating PDP-related events, workshops, and seminars. Collaborate with the administrative team to schedule sessions, manage participant registrations, and ensure smooth program operations.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Contai, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
