Any Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)

Minimum of 4 - 7 years of experience in a supervisory role in lingerie manufacturing or a similar industry

**Role Overview**:
The Line Incharge in the lingerie manufacturing segment is responsible for overseeing the production line, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the line.
- Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training to existing staff to improve efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with the quality control department to ensure that products meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with the materials management team to ensure that the production line has an adequate supply of materials.
- Maintain production records and prepare reports on production performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the lingerie industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
