Façade Foreman

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Produce schedules and monitor the attendance of workers
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities
- Supervise and train workers
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Resolve problems when they arise
- Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as facade foreman
- In-depth knowledge of production procedures, equipments
- Ability to read drawings
- Knowledge in AUTOCAD
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Problem-solving abilities

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Façade foreman: 5 years (required)
