We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Admin. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, as well as providing administrative support to various departments within the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and polite manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for executives.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
