Providing incentives to agents through route supervisors

Providing service to agents

Discussing payment terms with agents

New route supervision

Planning kilometres for transport

Arrangement of transporters for different routes

Controlling cost by observing movement of monthly budget

Minimizing cartage expenses

Approval of leaves

Ensuring 100% recovery of loans

**Year on year increase in quality and quantity of milk procured**

Educate agents and farmers on clean milk production

Checking milk-o-testers regularly

Convincing farmers on focusing on quality than quantity

**Preparation of reports and seeking approvals**

Supervise preparation of procurement report

Preparing MRCM reports

Seeking approvals on:

- Milk bills
- Cartage
- Extension of kilometres
- Transport bills
- Advances and loans
- Leaves
- Material requirements
- New employees (casual laborers)

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
