**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in construction store management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the construction store.
- Ensure efficient inventory control and maintenance.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Organize and maintain the store layout for easy access to materials.
- Implement effective stock rotation practices.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in construction store management.
- Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with reconciliation processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in store management would be a plus.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
