**Designation: Service Support Administrator**

**Company:FxPros Advisors LLP**
**Location: Hyderabad/Work from home**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Manage and maintain our SQL databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Provide customer support and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
- Manage and maintain our internal databases, including troubleshooting issues, creating and running queries, and generating reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to our products and services
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide technical support to clients and internal staff related to SQL database issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to our products and services, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles
- Train end-users on how to use our products and services.
- Perform other related duties as required
- Develop and implement SQL scripts and queries for data analysis and reporting
- Create and customise reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting

Services (SSRS)
- Troubleshoot and resolve any SQL database related issues or errors
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security policies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in service support or technical support role
- Strong proficiency in SQL programming and database administration
- Hands on experience in Oracle DBA
- Ability to write complex queries and develop custom reports
- Knowledge of database design, normalisation, and optimization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: From ₹400,000.00 per year
