Job description

Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive

Company: Nexgen

Work Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:
Front office management and customer interactions

Customer Relationship Management

Should handle administrative tasks

Responds to customer inquiries

Should provide Sales Support

Team Collaboration and Reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of Proven track record in a customer centric role.
- Aged between 25-30 years and preferably she should be based within Bangalore city limits.
- Must have excellent communication Skills in Hindi and English (mandatory). Proficiency in additional Indian languages is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Experience in any B2C industry is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Bonuses: Performance-based Annual/Quarterly bonuses.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
