Job Summary: As a Tele sales / Sales Executive working in partnership with Waffle Bytes Pvt Ltd through employment with Get Look Pvt Ltd, you'll be responsible for driving sales and revenue generation through telephone and digital communication channels. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling Get Look services, while adhering to both companies' standards and goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or existing databases.
- Introduce, promote, and sell Get Look services to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into customers.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to secure sales opportunities.
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services and assist in addressing customer queries.
- Collaborate with both Waffle Bytes and Get Look teams to align strategies and meet objectives.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the provided systems.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales quotas and targets set by companies.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales or sales roles, preferably in a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or sales-related tools.
- Adaptability to adhere to the sales strategies and goals of both Waffle Bytes and Get Look.
- Knowledge of the products/services offered by Waffle Bytes is a plus.
- Should have conversation skills

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Working Arrangement: You will be employed by Get Look Pvt Ltd but working in close collaboration with Waffle Bytes Pvt Ltd. Your responsibilities, targets, and reporting structure will align with both companies' directives and sales objectives

**Salary**: ₹10,196.93 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
