*Job Summary:*

*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Daily Operations Management:*
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the printing department.
- Schedule and assign tasks to printing staff to meet production deadlines.
- Ensure all printing processes are carried out efficiently and meet quality standards.
- *Stock Management:*
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of printing supplies and materials.
- Conduct regular stock taking and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Order and replenish printing supplies as needed to avoid production delays.
- *Quality Control:*
- Inspect printed materials to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
- *Equipment Maintenance:*
- Ensure all printing equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel for routine maintenance and repairs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues as they arise.
- *Process Improvement:*
- Identify opportunities to improve printing processes and workflows.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Train and mentor printing staff on new techniques and procedures.
- *Reporting:*
- Prepare and submit regular reports on production activities, inventory levels, and quality control.
- Maintain organized records of all printing operations.
- *Health and Safety:*
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the printing department.
- Promote a safe working environment and implement safety protocols.
- *Collaboration:*
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of printing jobs.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors regarding printing materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,365.87 - ₹17,000.00 per month
