Need to have experience of working on the Voice process for 2-3 years.
- Must be okay to work out of Hyderabad location.
- Experience/Knowledge of Medical records, US Insurance will be an added advantage.
- Must be open to work in a 24/7 work environment and a challenging/fluid work culture.
- Should posses’ excellent communication skills and knowledge of phone handling etiquettes.
- An Individual who is accountable for his/her actions and learn from mistakes and be open to learning.
- Should be always open to WFO as operations will be worked out of Hyderabad office location.
- As an organization we support individual choices and have an open dress code policy which includes casuals at work.

We also extend Sat-Sun week offs for the employees to support family time

**Requirements**:

- Making calls to US Insurance carriers/facilities to check on documentation updates.
- To meet all designed performance metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Work closely with the entire team to pass on regular updates and ideas which makes work simpler.
- To work with mínimal supervision and help team meet the assigned goals.
- To identify and communicate any training needs to the TL to ensure immediate intervention.

**Qualifications**
- Should be a Graduate from a reputed college, MBA would be a plus.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Decision-making skills
- Knowledge of performance metrics, like AHT & Quality.
- Sound knowledge of MS office tools will be an added advantage
