Trainee Technician

Group Company- ACG Films and Foils- Job Objective- Unloading the RM, PM, and engineering material from incoming vehicles.
- Responsible for handling, transporting and storing of unloaded material in desired location as instructed by supervisor after segregation.
- Sampling of raw material as and when required.
- Responsible for labelling the material after and before sampling (quarantine labelling and approved labels).
- Material movement / issue using hand trolly (movement of raw material from unloading area to store and store to different departments for production).
- Unloading of the fuel and various oils / lubricants and storing and issue in respective location.
- RM, PM, and Engineering items stock (SAP v/s Physically) verification as and when requied.
- Maintaining company rules and regulations related to work, CGMP, Safety.
- Primary Responsibilities**Strategic and planning**
- Entering Stores related transactions in ERP.
- Handling of incoming material and storing them as per cGMP.
- Conducting activities without any loss with safety.

- Preparing GRN in SAP (Data entry regarding RM, PM, and engineering material).
- Should print stickers and labels.
- Continues recording of fuel availability in excel sheets.
- Preparing daily scrap statement in excel (details of scrape sold and scrape available in the department).
- Should prepare gate pass for returnable and non-returnable material.
- Maintaining company rules and regulations related to work, CGMP, Safety.

**Internal Processes**
- Communicating and co-ordinating with concerned department (Production, Quality and Maintenance)
- Key Result Areas- Store activities should be managed and handled as per our SOP, without any Non conformity.
- Physical and SAP entries of all material (RM,PM,EM) should be maintained correctly.- Key Interfaces- Internal Departments

- Contract workers.- Educational and Experience Requirements- 12th with Marathi, Hindi, English knowledge (read, write for all) and Basic computer knowledge (for data entry in excel and SAP)
- Technical Competencies & Personas- sound knowledge of SAP & MS Office- Knowledge of basic computers
