Zonal Mis

**Responsibilities**:

- To verify & review all the MISs & data provided by BOMs & ROMs.
- Branch Visits - ensuring timely branch visits are done in a month.
- Consolidating and validating all MIS received from ROMs related to operations i.e. disbursement & collections, OD, insurance etc. as well as some non-operational updates such as Saathi, exit forms, asset confirmations etc.
- Ensuring BOM reviews are done as per the timelines with accuracy.
- To conduct weekly concall to review all the data & process across the zone.
- Generate and report various MIS and Reports on daily and periodical basis to the reporting authorities.
- To conduct quarterly regional meetings to enhance the performance & processes.
- To actively participate in various operational projects.
- Monitoring proper documentation and record keeping is done by AOMs in respective region.

**Job Requirements**:

- Should have 5 to 6 years of experience in MIS & team handling in any Microfinance institution / Banks.
- Graduation in any stream / Post Graduates will be preferred.
- Diploma in Computer Applications, will be an added advantage.
- Good Analytical skills and understanding of Business Concepts.
