**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented salesperson to join our team at [OWL STORE 24*7]. As a salesperson, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while promoting sales and maintaining a clean and organized environment within the store.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations to customers.

3. Handle transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems.

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves, displays, and aisles.

5. Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.

7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

8. Uphold a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changes in the work environment.

9. Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise shipments.

10. Participate in promotional activities and sales events to drive revenue.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

5. Basic math skills for handling transactions.

6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

7.Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
