**SALES CORDINATOR**

We are looking for a detail-oriented sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. The sales coordinator's responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.

**Sales Coordinator Responsibilities**:
1) Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.

3) Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

4) Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.

5) Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.

6) Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.

7) To Coordinate & support the sales team to achieved their sales target.

8) To assign monitor daily target on daily basis

9) Coordinate and ensure timely invoice processing and payments

10) Payment follow ups with distributors

11) Handle the processing of al orders with accuracy and timeless collections

**Sales Coordinator Requirements**:
12) Must have good communication skill

13) Must have two wheeler with driving license

14) Strong proficiency in MS Office

15) Should have able to deal with clients & management

17) Manage administration work

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
