Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that fosters active student participation and learning.
Utilize effective teaching methodologies and instructional strategies to enhance student comprehension and performance.
Assess student progress and performance through regular tests, assignments, and examinations.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents regarding their academic progress.
Identify areas of improvement for individual students and implement appropriate interventions to support their learning needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including attendance, grades, and progress reports.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development activities.
Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians to discuss student progress, concerns, and achievements.
Stay updated with the latest developments and changes in the CBSE curriculum and implement necessary adjustments in teaching methods.
Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment that respects the diversity of students and fosters their holistic development.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and other extracurricular activities as required.
Uphold the values and ethos of the educational institution and serve as a role model for students.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to students' academic growth.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Familiarity with educational technology and its integration in the classroom.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
Dedication to continuous professional development and staying updated with educational trends.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
