Forging Supervisor

Minimum Qualification Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Having minimum 3 years of related experience.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise and coordinate the forging operations to meet production targets.

2. Ensure that production schedules are adhered to and that the workflow is optimized for efficiency.

3. Monitor and enforce quality control measures throughout the forging process.

4. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specified standards and customer requirements.

5. Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all forging activities comply with safety regulations.

6. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.

7. Lead and motivate a team of forging operators and technicians.

8. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of forging equipment.

9. Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment issues promptly and minimize downtime.

10. Maintain accurate records of production activities, quality control measures, and safety inspections.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
