Helpline Coordinator

Responsibilities:

- Respond to incoming calls on the Rescue Helpline number
- Track and document the location, rescue operation status and the total rescue time for each call
- Coordinate with the rescue staff based on their availability and location for the next rescue operation
- Keep the caller informed about the status of the rescue operation at every stage
- Connect with the caller after completion of rescue operation for feedback
- Co-ordinate effectively with the members of the rescue team to ensure a swift response
- Document each rescue operation in detail
- Maintain and share monthly rescue reports with the Deputy Director - Sp. Projects
- Report to the Deputy Director - Sp. Projects regarding rescue team requirements and leave approvals
- Work closely with the social media team to keep them updated about rescue operations

**Key skills**:

- Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of English and Hindi is a must.
- General interest in social issues, animal welfare and wildlife conservation
- Team player, interest in learning new skills and comfortable working in a fast paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
