**Position: Animation Faculty**

As an Animation Faculty member, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and shaping the next generation of animators. Your expertise and knowledge in various animation principles and software will be instrumental in guiding our students to become skilled and competent professionals in the field of animation.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching Animation Techniques**: Delivering engaging and informative lectures, workshops, and practical sessions to students on topics such as gesture and posing, storyboarding, structural drawing, principles of animation, layout design, and character design.
- **Software Training**: Providing hands-on training and guidance to students on how to effectively use animation software, including Flash, Storyboard Pro, Krita, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
- **Project Supervision**: Overseeing students' animation projects, providing constructive feedback, and guiding them towards improvement and excellence in their work.
- **Curriculum Development**: Collaborating with the animation department to develop and update the curriculum to ensure it aligns with industry trends and standards.
- **Mentoring and Support**: Acting as a mentor to students, assisting them with portfolio development, career advice, and connecting them to industry opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- A strong background in animation with a focus on gesture and posing, storyboarding, structural drawing, principles of animation, layout design, and character design.
- Proficiency in animation software, including Flash, Storyboard Pro, Krita, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
- Previous teaching or training experience would be an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other faculty members and staff.
- A passion for fostering creativity and helping students reach their full potential.
