Job Title: Operations Executive (Real Estate, Vendor Management and warehouse)

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 1-3 yrs

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct extensive research to identify potential real estate properties for acquisition or rent.
- Negotiate favourable prices and rental terms with property owners or representatives.
- Manage all aspects of the agreement process, including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts.
- Manages and directs supply chain and daily operation activities including shipping, transport, warehousing, distribution, sourcing and inventory control.
- Manages stock control and ensure that inventory records are accurate.
- Identify and on-board vendors for various services or products required by the organization.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and nurture relationships with vendors, fostering a positive and collaborative partnership.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of consignments to clients' locations.

General Responsibilities:

- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand their real estate and vendor requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to real estate transactions and vendor contracts.
- Prepare and present regular reports on property acquisitions, vendor performance, and cost analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in real estate management, negotiation, and agreement handling.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in vendor sourcing, management, and contract negotiation.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India as per business requirements.
