Surat, India SHREEJI CONSTRUCTION Full time

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Plan and schedule construction activities, including the sequencing of work and the allocation of resources.
- Monitor the progress of the construction project, and take corrective action as necessary to ensure that it stays on track.
- Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, and coordinate their delivery to the construction site.
- Ensure that all construction work is carried out in compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate and communicate with other members of the construction team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate records of construction activities.
- Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the construction process.
- Train and supervise construction workers and contractors, and ensure that they are following proper safety protocols and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Civil Site Supervisor, with a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in the civil field.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Familiarity with construction software and tools, such as AutoCAD and MS Project.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred, but not required.
