## **Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate leads for solar products and services (primarily Tata Solar solutions).
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in both residential and commercial sectors.
- Understand customer needs, offer product recommendations, and provide accurate solar energy solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and installation of solar products.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
## **Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar industry.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems, products, and market trends.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
## **Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of sales experience in the solar or renewable energy sector (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license.
