Position : Despatcher/Biller/godown Keeper Responsibilities:
Ø Despatch Coordination. Schedule and coordinate despatch of goods based on customer orders and delivery schedules. Communicate with drivers, delivery personnel etc, for smooth and timely deliveries to customer end. Tracking of delivery progress & update customers as & when needed.

Ø Keep a track of Material Shifting from Plant to warehouse. close coordination with team.

Ø Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of Godown including despatches. Conduct stock checks & reconciliation with physical inventory & books of record.Ø Accurate Billing and Invoicing/ Godown Management / Customer Communication : should have good communication skill w.r.t liasioning with customer.

Ø Documentation and Record maintenance w.r.t despatch, update reports on despatch and billing activities, ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to documentation. Efficient Collaboration with Internal Teams such as sales/accounts, plant workers etc.

**Compensation**:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
