**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to promote repeat business and increase customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential customers
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitive offerings to provide valuable insights to customers
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness and establish new connections
- Report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales manager

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of software development, including current technologies and trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to and communicate with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other recruitment tools is a plus

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
