Starbucks Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring the availability of high-quality Turkish ingredients.
- Implement marketing initiatives to promote the cafe and attract a diverse customer base.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure exceptional customer service by leading and training staff in customer-centric practices.
- Address customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Turkish hospitality.
- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day cafe operations, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for the cafe.
- Monitor and manage expenses to meet budgetary goals.
- **Menu Development**:

- Collaborate with chefs to create and update the menu, ensuring a variety of authentic Turkish dishes.
- Stay informed about food trends and integrate them into the cafe's offerings.
- **Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage employee performance.
- **Financial Management**:

- Prepare and analyze financial reports, tracking key performance indicators.
- Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry, with a focus on Turkish cuisine preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Proficient in basic financial management.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
