**Sales Admission Counsellor**

**Location: BAFEL, Dwarka Sec-7, New Delhi**

**Shift Time: 11 AM to 8 PM**

As part of our growth strategy, we are excited to expand our team at Laxmi Nagar with a dedicated Education Sales Counselor. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education, possess a strong sales acumen, and are committed to helping students achieve their academic and professional goals.

**Role Highlights**:

- **Student Engagement**: Actively reach out to and guide prospective students about BAFEL’s diverse offerings including IELTS preparation, Spoken English classes, and immigration advising.
- **Educational Guidance**: Assist walk-ins and inquiries in selecting the ideal educational programs suited to their needs.
- **Target Achievement**: Drive enrollment targets by articulating course benefits and student success stories effectively to prospective clients.

**Must-Haves**:

- **Sales and Communication Skills**: Strong ability in both sales and interpersonal communication.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in education sales, course sales, or a related field is highly desirable.
- **Sales Techniques**: Proficiency in persuasive and consultative sales strategies.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic competence in MS Office and general computer usage.
- **Language Proficiency**: Excellent command of English and Hindi.
