**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Intern**

**Job Overview**:*

The Sales plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and effectively selling our products/services. This position involves a combination of strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship management to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:*

1. *Prospecting and Lead Generation:* Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outreach.

2. *Sales Presentations:* Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products/services.

3. *Client Relationship Management:* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

4. *Sales Negotiation:* Conduct negotiations to close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.

5. *Sales Targets:* Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive sales activities.

6. *Market Intelligence:* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

7. *Collaboration:* Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business goals.

8. *Sales Reporting:* Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.

**Qualifications**:*

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in sales, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.

5. Ability to understand client needs and present effective solutions.

6. Strong negotiation and closing skills.

7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

**Preferred Skills**:*

1. Industry-specific knowledge and understanding of client needs.

2. Sales or business-related certifications.

3. Experience with B2B sales.
