**Responsibilities for Receptionist**
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have and Provide visitors with an appropriate answer for all their inquiries.
- Maintain security and telecommunications systems by following procedures; monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
- The answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls as necessary.
- Maintain employee and department directories.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
- Support continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Order front office supplies and keep the inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Maintain the general office filing system

**Qualifications for Receptionist**
- High School or Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
- Strong phone skills / Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational abilities and Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment such as fax machines and printers.
- Assist during hiring to schedule interviews and make the required arrangements
- Good time management skills / Punctual with strong attendance history
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
