**Job Title**: System Architect-STET

Architect skills to shape the IGT-Fixed business objectives results by boosting STET productivity, quality, and technical setup. You'll help create an impact on STET way of working through effective technical strategy in collaboration with R&D and Project management team. **Your role**:

- Define, deploy, and maintain technology/tool roadmaps with business cases.
- Drive innovation, sustainable solutions, and cultural change.
- Develop strategy to meet productivity target and functional objectives
- Propose solutions to help R&D deliver the patient safety and quality targets
- Collaborate globally and with other Philips units to implement your experience in meeting the STET targets

**You’re the right fit if**:

- Master's or bachelor’s degree in electrical / Electronics Engineering or STEM
- At least 12-15 years' work experience, preferably 8 years in a product life cycle management
- Proven experience in at least one of the domains medical equipment, industrial automation and high precision mechatronics as electrical architect or lead of electrical designers/engineers
- Design review meetings with hardware, firmware, mechanical, and quality engineers
- Design for Manufacturing, Assembly, and Testing (DFMAT) reviews with suppliers and Philips manufacturing sites
- Experience in System engineering, Requirements engineering, Product life cycle, V&V and agile way of working is required
- Full electronic design package for the board suppliers
- Deep understanding of PoC (Proof of Concept), Hardware Design, Analog and Digital Circuit Design, Hardware testing; V&V (Validation and Verification), EMI EMC Testing and Certification according to IEC standard
- System engineering knowledge to drive Requirements Engineering and product design and lifecycle assessment
- Healthcare product development experience is a plus
- Proven team player and able to lead a team of electrical engineers in a multidisciplinary project

**Specific Skills**:

- Hardware development using 8-bit micro-controllers up to 32-bit microcontrollers, battery charging circuits, and BLE radios.
- Document, manage, and help to define/obtain/refine requirements, design docs, design reviews, and verification procedures,
- Help establish consistent ways of working with respect to embedded system electronics/software/firmware.
- Requirements, design, implementation, test and integration of module/sub-system in accordance with the higher-level architectural requirements and design specifications
- Strong communicator, motivator, and influencer.
- Exposure in multisite organization, stakeholder alignment in different time zone
- Project management experience will be advantageous
