We are currently seeking a meticulous and organized individual to join our team as an Order Processing Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

- Order Verification: Review orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures, verifying pricing, product availability, shipping addresses, and payment information.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure sufficient stock levels to fulfill orders, monitoring inventory levels and initiating replenishment orders as needed.
- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate order fulfillment activities, including picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring orders are processed and dispatched in a timely manner to meet customer expectations and delivery deadlines.
- Shipping Coordination: Arrange shipping and delivery logistics with third-party carriers or internal logistics teams, generating shipping labels, coordinating pickups, and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery and minimize shipping errors.
- Customer Communication: Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status updates, shipment tracking information, backorder notifications, and any potential delays or issues, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Order Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all order transactions, including order details, shipping documentation, and customer communications, ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the order processing workflow, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and streamline operations.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and quality checks of order processing activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards and procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to order processing, data privacy, and customer information security.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or related operations role preferred.
- Proficiency of Ms. Excel is must.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and continuously improving operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with shipping and logistics processes, including carrier services and shipping regulations, is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus
