**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as industrial engineering, operations management, or business administration.
- Proven experience in industrial operations, resource management, or related fields. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management and documentation.
- Knowledge of industrial processes, quality management systems, and safety regulations to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Indian Statutory Compliance**:
1. Stay updated on Indian labor laws, industrial regulations, and other statutory requirements relevant to the organization's operations.

2. Ensure compliance with labor laws pertaining to minimum wages, working hours, leave entitlements, and other employee-related regulations.

3. Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures in compliance with the Factories Act, Occupational Safety and Health regulations, and other applicable legislation.

4. Maintain accurate records and documentation to demonstrate compliance with Indian statutory requirements.

5. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and practices related to industrial relations in accordance with applicable labor laws and regulations.

6. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on matters related to employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions

7. Maintain effective communication channels with employees and other relevant stakeholders to address concerns, resolve disputes, and promote a positive work environment.

9Represent the organization during discussions with employees ensuring the company's interests are protected while fostering productive relationships.

10. Conduct investigations into employee complaints, disciplinary matters, and other conflicts, ensuring fairness and adherence to due process.

11. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement, performance management, and talent retention.

12. Stay updated with changes in labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and proactively advise management on potential impacts and necessary adjustments.
