**Roles And Responsibilities**:

- Experience in employee relations, counseling, or social services roles, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, employee welfare policies, and best practices in the industrial sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with employees from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and record-keeping software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
