We are looking for highly motivated BPharm freshers to fill the role of QA assistant. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization and gain valuable experience in the pharmaceutical industry. You will work closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills and knowledge in various aspects of pharmaceutical operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in documentation of formulation and development of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct research and analysis on pharmaceutical compounds, ingredients, and formulations.
- Assist in the manufacturing process, including production planning, equipment operation, and quality control.
- Perform laboratory tests and experiments to evaluate the efficacy and safety of pharmaceutical products.
- Support the team in conducting product stability studies and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in pharmaceutical sciences.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and guidelines (e.g., FDA, GMP, GLP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
