**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Audit and Control**
- Ensure high operating efficiency, compliance to banks processes & procedures and service standards by developing various controls and checks.
- Develop various reports to control the entire unit by publishing errors, unauthorized transactions, miss outs, etc.
- Coordinating with the auditors for resolving and minimizing the audit errors by closely interacting with the team members.
- Managing and Controlling the entire E2E operations through various control reports.
- Ensuring audit interaction and working on zero errors by driving the team and close interaction with various auditors.
- Anticipates customer needs with a solution mindset to deliver value through customized solutions. Focuses on creating a positive customer experience by driving a culture of customer centricity. Stay solution focused in order to proactively solve potential and existing problems.
- Meeting various stakeholders for process policy product and system improvements and enhancement.
- Creates awareness and Identify and formalize back-up resources for all critical functions within the unit & inform relevant stakeholders.
- Conducts periodic risk control assessment review.
- Follows risk policy and processes to mitigate the operational, regulatory, financial, informational, reputational and audit risks as instructed by the departmental manager.
- Executes the established internal control systems and compiles relevant information for departmental audits, as necessary.
